Nicole Kubon is a feminist activist and blogger (on hiatus) who recently moved from NYC to Vermont. She currently works for Howard Center, as a Family Supportive Housing Clinician providing counseling and advocacy services in order to support families in accessing and maintaining housing stability. Prior to this role, Nicole worked to end violence against women as a sexual assault advocate in Detroit, as the Volunteer Coordinator for Womankind (formerly the New York Asian Women's Center), and as Program Director at Generation Q in New York City, a program that offers after-school activities and resources for LGBTQAI+ youth ages 13-21. Nicole was heavily involved in the planning and organizing for SlutWalk NYC in 2011. She is currently working with Black Lives Matter in Vermont to support racial justice work in New England.
